On 7/23 the very sweet and helpful officer at NBC (Officer "L") that is working on our immigration form said our letter states we would take a SN up to age 26 and our homestudy said we would take a SN child up to 18 months. They don't match and has to go by the homestudy.
I called our Social Worker and our agency. They fedex-d an updated homestudy to reflect up to age 26 months. Lauren turned 18 months old Monday 7/26.
The officer at NBC is leaving for vacation Friday for a week so she said that the form is ready to go as soon as she receives the corrected homestudy. We are so thankful that Officer "L" pulled our file to be expedited and found the mistake so quick.

So glad that they were able to catch the mistake quickly! Praying they'll process the update quickly so it doesn't delay your travel! Thank God for helpful officers every now and then!
